I am a professionally trained and qualified massage therapist and reflexologist. With a previous background as a personal trainer, I understand how massage can help muscles and joints recover from exercise or everyday tasks

With a wide range of treatments and pressures, you can be confident your treatment will be tailored to your needs.  You can choose from shorter or longer massages to fit in with your schedule. All massages can incorporate reflexology and stretching techniques
Mobile massage to your home, hotel or office
Mobile massages are performed on a padded, portable massage table, which is just as comfortable and sturdy as a regular spa table. All you need to provide are two large towels
On-site office or event massage
